S.A.L.A.M. in the Holy Land
Home      About us
Greetings from Nazareth! The name for our ministry, "salam" stems from the Arabic word meaning "peace" and is very similar to the well known Hebrew word "shalom" which bears the same meaning. The peace our ministry stands for is the "peace that passes all understanding" (Philippians 4:7) which is only found in a relationship with Jesus Christ. As Christians, we are taught to "pray for the peace of Jerusalem." (Psalm 122:6) The key to this peace are the native believers, who have the ability, with their cultural and linguistic skills, to bridge the infamous divides in the land of Israel and the Palestinian Territories with the message of true peace: Jesus Christ.
